Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

Returns will not be accepted for any digital purchases clearance items, or on any items that have been identified in the description box as nonreturnable.

Returns for returnable items will be accepted if returned within 7 days of receiving the order. The item(s) must be in its original form, undamaged, and unaltered.

Buyer pays for return shipping.

Items that that cannot be returned will be identified in the description box of the listing.

In the unlikely event of your order being damaged in transit, please notify us (please include pictures) within 24 hours of receipt. If you fail to do this a refund may be refused.

Refunds will be made within 1 business day of receiving and inspecting the items. Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the order was cancelled before it was shipped.

Shipping policies

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from order date. Custom orders may take longer to ship, depending on the order size.

We normally ship using the United States Postal Service. When we list an item, the shipping cost is calculated assuming that we will ship one item type per package, and costs can add up very quickly when combined with other types of items. You can always contact us with a custom order to combine your shipping cost.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees and any other international tariffs associated with the shipping and delivering of your package.


We are a small company and work very hard to maintain our inventory stocked. If you need a larger quantity than available or if you need an item that is not in stock, contact us. We work with a great variety of local suppliers and our inventory can be re-stocked very fast.
Yes. Some products offer the option to upgrade shipping at check out. If the item you want to expedite is not available for upgrade, contact us. We will provide a quote for you.
Yes. We are located in Orange, CA and you can pick up your order. Please contact us to make pick-up arrangements.
Yes. We can deliver orders to addresses within a 5 mile radius from our location for a flat rate of $5. Same day delivery available. Please contact us to schedule delivery or to obtain a delivery quote for addresses outside of our delivery radius.
We have a fast order-fulfillment reputation, and we'd like to keep it this way. If you need to cancel your order, do it as soon as possible. You may cancel your order any time before we ship it. Please message us to request cancellation.
If the product you want was designed by us, we will most likely be able to make it in a different color. Please contact us to request a custom order. Many of our items are handcrafted and will require time to craft it. We will notify you the lead time when you submit your request. If the item is from our crafting supplies, you can still contact us. We work with many local suppliers and may be able to locate an item for you.
